RETURNS & REFUNDS
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving goods of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly, and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of JA Gift Boxes. Cases in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed are as follow: The incorrect product has been delivered to you, the product delivered to you is damaged or defective and/or the product has the incorrect size or specifications. All returns, exchanges and refunds shall be communicated by means of an email sent to info@jagiftboxes.co.za.
